Looking for an REST API concerning App & users access list

Do you know please , is there is an API according to get the users list (upn) of an APP ?

For a particular app id

• users with access autorisation  UPN list

That information is accessible from the Tenant Audit logs via "CreateApp"  and "UpdateApp"  audits.
