Want to build a similar visual in power bi by displaying arrows beside each bar, couldn't find a chart with this combination. Can someone please help me out?

You can click on “Get more visual” – Power KPI Matrix.
Power KPI Matrix – Format – KPI Indicator— Set the desired effect for each KPI Status
Indicator – Arrow
Custom colors
You can also consider using conditional formatting directly to set the type and color of the arrow.
Select the field – Conditional formatting – Icons.
