Login screen issue with Power BI reports in iFrame

Hello Power BI Community,

We've been experiencing an issue with the login screen for Power BI reports embedded in our software's portal. Over the past one or two weeks, some customers have reported encountering a problem where the login screen hangs in an endless loop when they attempt to log in. Pressing the login button triggers a reload of the login screen without successful authentication.

Interestingly, we've identified a workaround: if users navigate to a different screen within our software, make some changes, and then return to the report screen, the login process works seamlessly. While this provides a temporary solution, we're keen to understand the root cause of the immediate login issue.

We've already tried the following steps without success:

• Clearing cache
• Removing cookies of both Power BI and our software
• Verifying the website's certificate, which appears to be in order

Given that the issue arose recently, we're curious if there have been any changes or updates on the Power BI side that might be contributing to this problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or have insights into potential changes that could be causing the login screen problem?
