Live stream data to monitor from SQL query

Hi,

I have searched high and low on the community, but with no success.

I have a Direct Query, which I need to integrate with a monitor, to show live data. The data comes from a sql query.

The 8 times I can do with 'scheduled refresh' isn't enough. I need 60 times per hour.

Is this possible?
