Live dataset not updating

Hi,

I'm very new to Power BI and we're trialling it to see if it's something we want to use in our organisation.

We have set up a few reports and they show the correct data from our internal SQL database.

The screenshot attached  show the dataset uses a direct query, so it's supposed to be always up to date.

However, when we have published this to the web to be used in our website, it doesn't refresh.

Is this normal?  I would have expected a live dataset to be live.
