Live Connection embedded report - table visual not loading on pg1 until navigating to another page

I have a report on live connection. It has multiple power bi pages. Each page has a table visual

When I embed the report on my application, the table visual on page 1 does not load initially. If I navigate to page 2 and then come back to page 1, the table visual is loaded without any issues.

There are no errors in browser console.

The application frontend is angular based and I use powerbi-client-2.17.x package

This issue does not occur in Power BI desktop and Service.

What visualizations are placed on the first page of your report? What is its data source? Is the amount of data large? Is there any filter or RLS applied? Could you please provide some relevant screenshots? Thank you.

Sorry for delay in reply. Please see details below.

Table visual is the first page of the report.

Datasource - Live Connection to dataset. The dataset uses SQL Server in Import mode.

Amount of data does not matter. Have the issue for sources with 10 records as well.

Filter or RLS - Yes RLS is applied on the Power BI embedded view.

I have blocked data with red blocks. Hope it still paints a picture of the issue.

Note: I seem to have the same issue when using the Multi row card with several other visuals like (bar graph, card visual). Multi row card is displayed as blank initially and all other cards display content without issues. If I navigate to page 2 and come back to page 1, Multi row card also displays value correctly.
