Leverage Azure and Jira data in PowerBI

Greetings,

I am currently trying to implement PowerBI in my organization, where we need data from Jira and some specific data metrics from Azure. Can someone please help me start with information that will help me shape the architecture and the solution. I need to:

1. Integrate Jira with PowerBI via API and provide various metrics/datasets

2. Pull specific data from Azure to PowerBI related to VM and Applications

3. Avoid manual data input in PowerBI

Any sources would be helpful.
