Latency for Resume/Suspend API on A-SKU Capacity

I'm just trying to scope out a plan for PowerBI embedded and we're hoping to programmatically suspend and resume the resource based on client demand. What is the latency for the resume and suspend API requests? We're looking at the A1 capacity specifically. Many thanks for your help.

Many thanks Rena. I had a look through the thread and I can only see that the capacities resume 'pretty quickly'. Do you or another member have more specific timings? It'll really help me with the project scope. Thanks again, Nate
