JSON theme file image and shapes

When I click new page, I want my layout to be in the new page and not a new blank page. I know I can right click on the new page and select duplicate, but that duplicates all on the page, I just want...

    Hi MrMike ,

    Do you want to keep only the layout(the logo on the top left and the header bar with report title) when opening a new page, but not the visual objects and data and other information? Based on my research, I'm afraid this is not possible currently. You can raise a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.

I am seeing more limitizations with Power BI the more I work with it. Thank you for repling, I will mark your answer as solved because you said there is no solution.
