Issues with Quick Base Data Load

I am loading a table from Quick Base to Power BI and there are values missing.

I can see these values in the QB application and once I load this values to Power BI, values from certain records disappear.

I am not sure what is causing this. Please let me know what you recommend I should do to get this fixed as soon as possible. Thank you!
