Is this model doable in PowerBI?

We are looking into Tableau and PowerBI and this interactive model is something that one of our executives really liked. http://www.liberum.com/models/gle9e78eroc456 

Is this doable in PowerBI with a nice/easy interactive UI? And any idea on about doing this? I am fairly new to this.

You can mimic the functionality, but it will not look identical. This would leverage a bunch of disconnected tables to use to harvest the "parameters" on the left.
