Is the App Registration web site not working

btw i have my application id as clientid
but when i try to use it
the application was not found. what should i do for this?
Client ID should be the Apllication ID.
Client Secret is the Value of the key.
yes bro i have tried that before. in required permision is there any power bi service there? i dont found mine there. iam using power bi pro license
