Interactive Drag and drop with user

Hello it's my first post, so I don't know if I am in the right section.

Please redirect me to the right section if I am not in the right place 

I try to make a dashboard interactive or the users can charge data with a drag and drop.

I want the user to be able to fill or add data with an excel file. 

I have built the model and the different panel, the user has not to deposit his data anymore

it's not what I want.

For example I have this dashboard test, I want the user ('customer') to be able to add data by dropping a files in the panel drag and drop.
