Integrating Power BI Embedded Reports with Power Portal/Pages

Hi,

We are trying to integrate a Power BI Embedded Report into Power Portal/Pages so that users captured in the Dataverse Contacts table can log in via the Portal and immediately see the Report without having to again select Log In on the Power BI component.

Once they select Log In it currently works fine and they continue to be able to see the report for the duration of their session but ideally they would not have to firstly log into the Portal and then also log in to Power BI.

Thanks

Hi @JakeHarvey2507 ,

After the report is embedded in your web portal, or if a user opens the URL directly, the user is authenticated before they can access to the report. And the user will need to sign-in to view the report whenever they open a new browser window. Please find the details in the following blog.

Easily embed secure Power BI reports in your internal portals or websites

Best Regards
