Integrate Skype for Business with Power BI Cloud as a Chat Interface

Hello Team,

Pretty new to the Power BI services and api's; hence, excuse for my silly ask. I have created a report on Power BI desktop and published it on the Power BI cloud (app.powerbi.com). Now the next level is to connect the power bi cloud reports to Skype / Skype for business as a channel for QnA.

I understand that Cortana has a direct integration with Power BI cloud for QnA; however, is there any way to integrate skype or skype for business to integrate with Power BI as a channel that will be used as a chat interface for querying the power bi reports.
