Installing PowerQuery sdk tools in visual basic error

Hello,

 

I am unable to install and use the powerquery SDK in visual basic. When I install I get an error saying "Failed to update PowerQuery.SdkTools package due to Socket is closed"

 

I am able to install other extensions, so dont think its my companys proxy. Is there something else I can test and debug this error?
