Information was split and unpivoted, but not displaying correctly on a Pie Chart

Hopefully I'm posting this in the correct forum.

This is the scenario:  I've got an Excel File that correlates with various Planner Channels.  One of the columns assigns the Task to various departments.  Each Department is separated by a ;  This is where I'm STUCK.

I've separated in Transform Data by splitting the data and then unpivoting the infomation.

When I just split the Columns (they are then in columns named: Assigned To 1, Assigned To 2, Assigned To 3) and try to display in a pie chart, with each column, it only displays the first column.

When I unpivot the columns, if a department is under Assigned to 1 and Assigned to 3, they show up as different measures.  Meaning, Department A with a count of 12 and then shows up again with another count of 10 (Which in reality they do have 22, but it's separated.)

What am I missing?

Hi  @AFerrari ,

I created some data:

Unpivot:

Are you placing the column [Attribute] to the Details of the pie chart, which will cause the results to show the data grouped by [Attribute] again.

You could just place [Department] - Lengend, [Value] --- Values, and that would display the corresponding Values by [Department].

Hi!  I forgot to mention that Facilities and EHS don't get inspected.  But, they can get assigned to an Action Item.

THANK YOU so much for getting back to me.

Unfortunately, it didn't produce accurate information.

I've included Screenshots of how the Excel Sheet looks like, Transform Data, and the final result.  The concerning part, is that EHS does not show up, nor does Facilities.  What am I missing?

I certainly appreciate all the help I can get.
