Index out of range error

I have a SQL database running on an Amazon server that I am connecting to using directQuery,  I can provision this so that we can use Power BI  Embedded, however when I attempt to update the connection string it fails with:

"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection"

Can anyone point me in the direction of a solution?
