I need a label to show how many minutes so far from last refresh, so the label need incremental update.
For example:
Data last refreshed:
1 mins ago
2 mins ago
...
and so on.
Until user actual refresh, then lable reset to 0 mins ago.

Which refresh do you mean?
1. If it's the refresh of Dashboard, you can enable it in the tile settings.
2. If it's refresh of the dataset, you can find it in the settings of the

The Refresh in your post refreshes the report only, which doesn't refresh the dataset. Do you really need this function? I would suggest you create an idea here.
Adding a tile is one function in the Dashboard.
If you want to refresh the dataset, you can do it like below.

Sorry, I am new to power bi, I didnt explained clearly.
I am using direct query, I dont need schedule a refresh on that dataset.
My requirement is to show how many mintues ago in report since user refresh last time, and the mintues will keep updating visually in the report.
