Increase the Sales Forecast accuracy

Hi,

I've 5 years of sales data using for a sales forecast. I've loaded the duplicate sales table with only 2 financial years so that I can compare the forecast of the next N number of months with the actual data.

I also have a purchase order and a stock table which will be used for comparison with sales. 

Can somebody guide me on the approach to achieving accuracy in forecasting?
