In power bi report builder scheduled refresh failed for email subscription

We have created report in power bi Report Builder  and done scheduled refresh  but facing this error like Failure sending mail: One or more errors occurred.  checked smtp server   whether  it is blocking emails also but still facing the same issue.Can any one help me with this.

    Hi Anonymous ,

    There are a few possible causes for the failure of the paginated report refresh and email subscription. To troubleshoot this issue, could you please check the following info?

    • Data Source side: Make sure that the data source is accessible and that the credentials are correct. You can also try refreshing the data manually to see if there are any errors. And the report's dataset query timeout is set to 0, which works fine in Power BI Report Builder but causes a timeout error in Power BI Service after 10 minutes. To resolve this issue, you can edit the report in report builder and change the report's dataset query timeout to a larger value than 0, test the behavior and set accordingly.
    • Report design side: Make sure that the report is designed correctly and that there are no errors in the report definition.
    • Email subscription delivery side: Make sure that the email subscription settings are correct and that the email address is valid. And check the network latency, service load, or email server availability.
