Improving Power BI end user adoption
Hi all,
I haven't found the right topic to post this, so I am doing it here. I am in search for help in a succesful deployment of a Power BI report in the broadest sense of the word.
We've built a report that is technically mature, but we see low user adoption among its end users. In order to improve this we want to measure user satisfaction. Our first idea is to run a survey.
My questions to the community:
- Do you have any ideas for a good Power BI satisfaction survey?
- Do you have another idea/best practices to improve user adoption among end users?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers!
TL;DR: I am searching for a survey with which I can measure user satisfaction of my PBI report. Any ideas?

In our company https://www.serenoit.co.uk we used a couple of solutions before moving over to power BI.
These are industry solutions for IT Support companies : www.brightgauge.com
Using this we were able to view the SQL queries to replicate to use ourselves in PowerBI

At https://www.superfast-it.com we've invested in setting up Power BI client-facing reports for our IT support services in Birmingham.
We've found that using Microsoft Forms is an effective way to create and send surveys to clients, particularly when utilising Microsoft Copilot for survey design. Getting the prompt right is important, and sometimes we've used other AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate the prompt to enter into Copilot.
