Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

Power BI cross-report drillthrough feature, you can contextually jump from one report to another report in the same Power BI service workspace.

They wont work if the reports are in different workspaces, the only workaround is to get both the source and target to the same workspace and then apply cross report drill through.
Please make a note to enable the cross report drill through in both desktop and service.
