How to set up properly hierarchies from relationship ?

I have model in star schema where Dim_Date is in a middle like that:

The case is that i want to have a hierarchy (like in a matrix or whatever to check the sums) between Subscriptions --> ResourceGroups --> Resources. 

How to model this correctly (what is a good practice?)
