How to see the event that a user changed a workspace from pro to premium

Hi,

I'd like to programmatically obtain data about when a user changes a workspace from pro to premium & vice versa.

I know that the get Activity Events endpoint can be used. However, I don't know where to find the different types of Activity Events.

Technically, would EditWorkspace or UpdateWorkspace count for a change in capacity?
