How to propagate filter tables value to all three din tables and fact table as output

i joined 3 dim tables to single fact table . i used 4th table ( say  filter table ) for taking filter value as input.  I  joined  the filter table to one of the dim table .  i set up many to many and cross direction  relationship between  three  dim tables  and fact table.  When i see the result , only one filter get applied on fact out of three dim tables .  fact  table records donot get filtered by  2 dim tables . i want to propagate filter tables value to all three din tables and finally record of fact get filtered .
