How to navigate to a specific report page in custom visuals development?

I want to implement navigating to a specific report page when the user clicks on a data point, but it seems I cannot find any relevant tutorial in the development documentation.
If there are any related implementations or tutorials that you could recommend to me, immensely grateful.
