How to join Push Dataset or Streaming dataset with static data in other data source

I would like to develop a PowerBI report by combining data from Push / Streaming dataset and historical data stored in other sources like ADW and show a comparison of current day vs last year.

 

Please let me know how to proceed and any reference documentation will be helpful.
