How to have the border for the bar chart to bound the maximum value?

I would like to bound the bar chart by a maximum value, for example,10. Do anyone know how to solve the issue?

Hi @Hayoung

They should analyze and autoscale by visual itself, current it seems not to include features to autofit the bar size to keep the static length.
