How to get the Last one hour Data in specific from a table dynamically?

Hi All,

I'm trying to extract the Last 1 hour data to a table  using Custom column but getting the whole data which is beyond 1 hour. Kindly suggest the ways to extract 1 hour data in specific which should be dynamic.
