How to generate a pbiviz file from a project with the github guide?

Hi,

I was generating a custom view in powerBI (to connect make a route on a map), and I actually changed the "bubble" map on the github project for this. How can I create a .pbiviz file to import this visualisation in power BI? Can I do this in visual studio (with the vsix plugin from github) or can I easily put this in one file to do this online? Now my code is distributed over different files which makes it difficult to put in in one file for the upload to the dev center.

Thanks!

Filip

@FVanRaemdonck You can use the Power BI custom visual dev tool as provided in documentation here. Hope this helps!

I'm trying this now but I have the error: Here are no export possibilities: VisualCapabilities found in class Mapper. What does this mean?

Thanks,

Filip

I found what was the the readon I got that arror, I had to change "Mappercapabilities" to "public static capabilities" To get this public static variable.

Can I somewhere find a code sample which I can paste in the tool to create a visual? And can I find an Example where bing maps is used?

Regards,

Filip
