How to filter dashboard in java script, 10 tiles in a dashboard and want to display only 5.

i Have created a dashboard with 10 Reports and i want to customise in javascript or C#.

so how to filter/remove 5 tiles for one user at runtime means i want to show only 5 tiles in one dashboard in .net application . some user all 10 and some user only 1 tile

i want to filter in c# or javascript. i dont want to touch in PowerBI side.
