How to embedded the Power bi reports into angular js application without azure environment

Have developed power bi Reports using desktop application and deployed it power bi service. Now i wanted to embedded that power bi report/dashboard into angular js web application using the power bi service license (Note: don't have azure environment license).So my question here is

1.Whether Azure environment is mandatory for an embedding power bi reports into any kind web application.

2.If above question answer is NO, then please explain other ways to perform this embedding with step by step

1. It is somewhat mandaytory, but you don't pay for it. The first step of the embedding scenario is to register an app in Azure AD.
