How to download OpenAI Response as a word document from power BI via power automate

Hi,

I have a power BI report where I pass parameters to open AI via Power Apps and Power Automate and got response. Currently, I'm able to downlod the response as a csv file but I need to download it in a word document instead.

My current power automate flow:

1. When Power Apps calls a flow (v2)

2 HTTP

3.Parse Json

4. Select

5. Create csv table

6. Create file

My requirement is instead of csv, I want to create and download the respone in word document. If openAI response is in tabular format, it should be saved in the word document as a table. If response is plain text then it should be saved as plain text in word document.

How I can achieve this?
