How to create dashboard for cumulative rate ?

Good day

 

I try to create the cumulative rate for resolving tickets ? I plan to use a DAX formula. Any idea ?

    I try to create the cumulative rate from the start of business (day 0).

    You can definitely achieve that by DAX, however you description is too summized to get more information. For further advice, could you post any sample data and expected out?
