How to automatically restart a disabled scheduled refresh.

Hi Team,

The scheduling refresh in Power Bi service will get disabled after 4 consequtive failed refreshes. After that I manually go and restart the schedule refresh option.

So, is there any approach where we can restart the disabled schedued refresh option automatically without our manual intrevention? If yes, does it vary or differ depending on data sources?

Regards,

Haveesh

    Hi Anonymous ,

As far as I know we need to restart the schedule refresh manually, if the schedule refresh in Power Bi service gets disabled after 4 consequtive failed refreshes.

There must have been some error when we configured the schedule refresh. So the schedule will fail 4 times.

We need to restart it in Power BI Service or try Power BI REST API to start it manually. Then we can do some troubleshooting in the configuration to know what casue refresh failure last time.
