How to add a dynamic marker (vertical line) to a bar chart.

My goal is to add a vertical line to a bar chart to show comparison between current and previous year sales for example. The challenge is that the line is moveable. Is there a visual in the market place for this implementation or is SVC graphics my only option?

And the winner is .... Bullet Chart by Microsoft. Brilliant, exactly what I was looking for.
