How to Push data into datasets via API

Hello,

I am working on the Push data into datasets via API. But I didn't found any specific solution. Can anyone share the process or any related link that would help me to start the process? 

I want to create datasets via API in the power bi service to resolve the manual dataset creation issue. I am not sure where to start. But please share if you have any information. I appreciate any help.

I have a question, Is this possible in a Power bi Premium environment? I don't have a power bi embedded environment. 

Do you found any articles or videos that explain this process practically? Please let me know if you found it.
