How to Initialize Oracle database session with power bi

We are trying to implement data security at the Oracle Database level(VPD) with Power Bi. Based on user login id and employee id from active directory. We should be able to pass these values to database function which initialize oracle database session and restricts data access to the user based on DB security polices. 

 

I need help in understanding how to  Initialize Oracle database session with power bi ?
