How load different view by user access?

Hello,

I need different views depending on the department, and whether it is a boss or an employee. How to do this? Without the user noticing that there are other views, and automatically get the user type?

To create dynamic views based on the user's department and role without them switching views:

  1. Implement user authentication.
  2. Store user profile data including department and role.
  3. Use role-based access control.
  4. Conditionally render content and features.
  5. Ensure security for data access.

Hi @Bidu - have you considered using the Audience feature of Power BI App.  This feature would allow you to share different version of the report (and different version of the underlying dataset) with different personas.  For example, Report A share to Audience A, Report B to Audience B.  When each member enters the App they will only see the Reports and its pages.  For more information on Audience use cases, please read this Data Goblins blog:
