How do I make the Power BI reports show live data within CRM?

Hi,

I have created 2 reports in Power BI and have displayed them on a Power BI Dashboard in MS Dynamics CRM.

I have Pinned as Live for both reports, but if I add new data in CRM it does not show in the reports even if I refresh the reports or refresh the entire Dashboard.

The only way the new data displays is if I republish the reports.

How do I make the Power BI reports show live data within CRM?

I pin a report as live page to a dashboard in Power BI Service and follow this Add a Power BI dashboard on your personal dashboard tutorial to add a dashboard in CRM. The dashboard in Power BI Service and CRM both refresh after the data change in the report. So I don't reproduce the issue you describe, what do you mean "add new data in CRM"?

I mean that if you add a new record in CRM for example a new Contact, I need it to automatically reflect on the BI Reports in real-time.
