How can I tell how much of my Power BI Embedded cache is being consumed?

We're using Power BI Embedded with the A1 SKU. We're beginning to turn on cached datasets which will eat into the 3GB Cache limit of this plan. I see how to get metrics around performance but not cache capacity. How can I tell how much of this 3GB we are currently consuming?

1. Capacity Metrics to monitor workloads

2. Monitor Premium capacities with the app
