Help!!! : Show Total as a column in clustered column chart

Hi All,

I have a report wherein I am showing the no. of males and females(Column) for a class(Axis) in a clustered column chart.

Now, I have a requirement to show an additional column thats shows the no. of males and females for all the classes as one column in the same clustered column chart.(Refer to the images below for further clarification)

Please note I am using Direct Query mode to fetch the data which is further putting limitations in acheiving this.

Please suggest how this can be achieved.

1. This what I am able to get in Power BI

2. This is what is required to be shown.

Thanks,

Hi @dipankar,

I don't think there is an easy to show the additional total bar in column chart currently. Here is the idea shared on Power BI Ideas forum. You can vote it up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature. Smiley Happy
