Having a problem with signing in to dev.powerbi.com/apps

Hi, 
I have a problem with signing in to dev.powerbi.com/apps in order to register my app as described in this tutorial.

Instead of being able to sign in and then go through all the next steps shown in the tutorial, I'm being redirected to this page.

Then, when I try to go to the dev.powerbi.com/apps hoping I'm already logged in I need to sign in again and again I'm redirect to this powerbi developers home page. 

It's driving me crazy since I'm stuck in endless loop and didn't find any answer.

My powerbi account has Power BI Pro subscription

Alright, so basically I try to register my application using dev.powerbi.com/apps:

And then when I click sign in I'm redirected to the website under this url (screenshot below): https://powerbi.microsoft.com/pl-pl/developers


I thought that the problem might be that I need powerbi pro license but I got it and nothing has changed.
That's pretty much it

What type of account are you used? Did you confirm this account has enough permission to do these operations?

Have you tried to use another account to test? Did you setting SSO or other methods to stay/remember the account in your web browser for quick login? If that is the case, they may also affect the other account sign in operations.

BTW, it seems like you already finished register steps. For this scenario, you can also contact to the admin to check on the azure portal to check if this application corrects created and configure permissions on this application settings.

Sorry for the late response.
Do I always need Azure to register the app? Our application is hosted entirely on AWS but we'd like to have access to some of our PowerBI reports. I thought that it is possible to simply register the app and access it via Power BI Service API in our ASP.NET Core application therefore I tried to register the app as described above so I'd get the client secret. 
I checked the permissions and they should be enough as well as PowerBI subscription (PowerBI Pro account).

How so? I'm always redirected to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/pl-pl/developers when I try to actually sign in and then register the app. Also, even when I'm signed in I get the "Sign in" button. I checked this on my colleague different account as well as in the incognito mode from scratch and the result is always the same.
