Have a deltalake on lakehouse but Tabular Editor show tables as "DQ Over AS"

Hi,

my model is fully placed in One Lake:

but in tabular editor i see:

Why? It is just a bug from TE?

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.


Even though your model lives in OneLake Delta tables, Fabric exposes it through the XMLA endpoint, which makes Tabular Editor show it as DirectQuery over AS. That’s just how the metadata is surfaced, your data is still imported into OneLake and refreshes work the same way, Its not a Bug.
