Getting details of users who are using pro license for viewing the report under our tenant?

Hi Big Family,

we had a requirement where we need to divide pro license users under our tenant based on below points.

• user who are using pro license for publishing the reports
• user who are using pro license for viewing the report shared by other over premium or share workspaces.

Is there a way i can sort the things out with out doing manually. At the workspace access level people are mostly added in the form of security groups or individually.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page after you sign in Power BI Service, then Admin portal-->Audit logs->Click "Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center" if you are a global admin or Power BI admin just as suggested by @lbendlin. It will navigate to Audit log search page, set the search conditions for Power BI Activities. then click "Search".  You can export these searched activities info by clicking "Export results".

All of that information is included in the tenant audit logs. Talk to your tenant admin to get access to that data.
