Get slicer data from powerbi page

Is there any way to get dropdown options from a slicer via any javascript library or any REST API? 

Consider if we have a slicer called City, which have dropdown options like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane etc. What's the possible way to get these values programmatically?

Hi @Harshasripathi ,
I am not sure if you can connect specifically slicer itself but you can connect the underlying data, which is used for any visual.
For example. If you have Premium workspace, you can use XMLA endpoint to connect to your dataset via tabular editor or MS SQL server management studio and get data from "City" column in a "Programmaticall" way.
