Get a desired table result in Power BI

1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

You can create a matrix visual with the below Fields setttings:
If the above ones can't help you figure out, please provide some source data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples.
