Get Power BI visual/dashboard/measure/dataset value programmatically with a C# Console Application

You don't need any of that. All you need to do is connect to the XMLA endpoint from your app and then run the equivalent DAX queries  (you can grab the queries for each visual from the DAX Performance Monitor)
