Get Datasource for ArcGIS REST endpoint URL into PowerBI

Hi, 

I have an ArcGIS Rest Endpoint URL that I would like to get the data into PowerBI. I looked into Get Datasource->Web, and plugged in the URL. However I am receiving a permission denied, 'Access to this resource is forbidden'. I have a token to authenticate from ArcGIS however I am not sure where to enter this. Any ideas?
